A clear brief makes all the difference.
We begin with the decision or problem you need help with. Then we agree the right level of involvement, the information required and what you will receive.
A conversation
Tell us about your property, the pressures you face and what a better outcome would look like.
A clear proposal
We agree the scope, deliverables, responsibilities and fee before paid work begins.
Practical delivery
We turn the agreed brief into priorities, actions and useful information you can work with.
Support that stays useful
Choose a defined project or ongoing support as your buildings and business evolve.
Focused advice.
Project support.
Ongoing management.
Before we start
Share the property type, your role, the issues you are facing and any deadline. We establish whether our services fit and what further information is needed. An introductory discussion establishes the brief; substantive consultancy is charged under an agreed proposal.
What the proposal covers
The proposal defines activities, outputs, exclusions, fees, client responsibilities and any site or travel arrangements. Specialist roles and third-party costs are identified where relevant.
During the work
We keep actions and decisions visible. If new information changes the brief, we explain the effect and agree any revised scope before additional work proceeds.
At handover
You receive the agreed outputs with priorities, assumptions and outstanding questions made clear. Where ongoing support is useful, its responsibilities and review arrangements are separately agreed.
Let’s bring clarity to your property.
A single building. A complex portfolio. A decision you need to get right. Start with a conversation.
